Farro is currently a one-person startup, independently built and operated by Ryan Volpi, in Newton, MA. It launched in July 2026 and covers restaurants in the greater Boston area.

Farro reads restaurants' own published menus and works through them dish by dish, so you see which items are vegan and what they cost before you go.
